Scotty Outdoor Advertising was founded by Scotty Shivar with a straightforward mission: own every structure, control every relationship, and deliver real value to both advertisers and landowners across the Southeast.
From the beginning, we took a different approach than most billboard companies. Rather than simply brokering ad space on structures owned by others, we fabricate and install our own steel billboard structures — giving us complete control over quality, placement, and service.
Starting in eastern North Carolina and expanding outward, Scotty Outdoor has grown its footprint to include hundreds of faces across North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida. Each structure represents a direct relationship with the landowner and a commitment to the advertiser.
Today, we continue to grow our inventory and expand into new markets — the same way we started: one face at a time.
